Inspiration for this design is derived from a 14th century green Saz style ceramic İznik plate with tulips. Showcased in the ‘Divine Geometry of Islamic Art,’ exhibit. Saz style stands for lines and floral motifs, especially Tulips. Particularly focusing on this flora, the tulip flower shape is precious in Islam because the shape of the folded tulip petals is similar to“Allah”written in Arabic. This handmade necklace set is inspired by the enchanting tulip affair. Their serene beauty is an inspiration for this stylish jewelry outcome. All pastel shades of the pink circular beads in the jewelry design represent the color variation in real tulip flowers gathered together with sterling silver wire, lime colored beads with its beautiful patina in the front that represent the delicate stems that support the tulip flowers.
